Shipping Policy (Luki)

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 24 hours, unless stated otherwise on the product page.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.


2. Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times vary depending on location:

  • Netherlands: 1-2 business days
  • Europe: 2-5 business days
  • International: 5–12 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to factors outside our control.


3. Pre-Orders

Some products may be offered as pre-orders.

In such cases:

  • The estimated shipping timeframe is clearly stated on the product page
  • Orders are shipped once the product becomes available

If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items:

  • The entire order may be shipped together once all items are available

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the delivery location.

Any applicable duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.


5. Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

It may take up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.


6. Delivery Responsibility

Once the order has been delivered to the provided address:

  • The shipment is considered successfully delivered
  • Responsibility transfers to the customer

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
  • Lost or stolen packages after delivery

7. Delays

We are not liable for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers
  • Customs clearance
  • Weather conditions
  • Other external factors

8. Incorrect Address

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:

  • We are not responsible for failed delivery
  • Additional shipping costs may be charged

9. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@getluki.nl
  • Include photos (if applicable)

We will investigate and provide an appropriate solution.


10. Refused or Unclaimed Packages

If a shipment is refused or not collected:

  • The order will be returned to us
  • Shipping and return costs will be deducted from any refund
